The heartbeat of Brazil is coming to Tauranga!

Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon and night as Toca Brasilis proudly presents Roda de Samba & Brasilidades - the very first event of its kind in downtown Tauranga!

Experience the authentic energy of a traditional Roda de Samba with Ziriguidum - one of New Zealand's favourite Brazilian live samba bands. Sing along, dance, and immerse yourself in the vibrant sounds and flavours of Brazil.

Enjoy delicious Brazilian food, refreshing drink specials, and an atmosphere that will transport you straight to the streets of Rio de Janeiro.

And when the band finishes, the party is just getting started! Our Brazilian DJ will keep the dance floor alive with an energetic mix of samba, pagode, MPB, axé, Brazilian funk, and Latin favourites until late.

Whether you're Brazilian or simply love great music, dancing, and incredible vibes, this is a night you won't want to miss!

School Holiday Tumble Time - Haumaru

These school holidays, BayActive has plenty of fun lined up to keep your kids active and entertained at The University of Waikato Haumaru Sport & Recreation Centre! Holiday Tumble Time runs from 9:30am to 12:00pm and is suitable for children up to 13 years old, including both primary and intermediate ages. Please note that children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times. Tumble Time offers a variety of activities designed to help children develop physical skills such as balance, coordination, climbing, agility, and fine motor skills. It’s also a great way for kids to build social confidence in a group setting, and for parents to meet new friends.
