FLAME: Reconnect with What Matters

There’s no shortage of advice about productivity, wellbeing, performance and happiness.   This is something different.   After almost two decades guiding audiences around the world, Brad Hook brings FLAME home to Tauranga. An evening of stories, neuroscience and practical tools for reconnecting with what matters most. There are demonstrations, laughter and a little magic.   FLAME is a five-dimensional framework for staying clear, purposeful and alive in a changing world. Developed through twenty years of work with leaders and teams across major organisations, government and high-performance environments.   Five ideas. One evening. A clearer next step.   You leave with Your FLAME Blueprint — a practical guide built around your own answers, your own commitments and your own first move.   This is for you if something has slipped. Or if you are feeling weighed down by change. Or if life is going well, and you want practical tools for building a meaningful future.   “The room was buzzing afterward.” — Pinnacles Civil   “Absolutely brilliant, engaging, practical and energising.” — Insurance Business Conference   Brad is the author of Start With Values (Penguin) and host of the FLAME with Brad Hook podcast. Free Mums & Bubs training session

BreastFriend, the Tauranga-founded brand behind The Breasties wearable breast pump, has partnered with The Lab — NZ's flagship hybrid training facility — to gift local new mums a free MUM CLUB session. The initiative is founder-led: BreastFriend's Marie-Claire Houtsmuller built the brand after struggling to find adequate pumps or support as a first-time, exclusively pumping mother. She was also in need of a village, and this is what this is. MUM CLUB is a baby-friendly training session designed to give new parents a rare hour to move, connect, and recharge — babies and prams welcome, no cost to attend. Quote from Marie-Claire Houtsmuller, Founder, BreastFriend NZ:
