*CANCELLED* Symphony of Jazz

The Tauranga Jazz Society has made the difficult decision to cancel the National Jazz Festival.

Tauranga Jazz Society’s top priority is the health and safety of artists, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venues, audience, and community. Following the recommendation of the New Zealand government and public health officials, the 58th National Jazz Festival has been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns.

Festival organisers understand the impact this news may bring. With regard to the 43rd National Youth Jazz Competition to be held 8 to 9 April, Festival organisers are considering alternative dates and will release further information on this once they have consulted fully.
