Join them on Thursday, 20th August for a Vegan Takeover evening! Head Chef Lindis is a wizard when it comes to creating exciting, vegan-friendly meal options. Lindis has created a special one-off menu as part of the Taste Tauranga festival so you can wrap your laughing gear around some special dishes for ONE NIGHT ONLY!
They will also be showcasing the new Stoneleigh Organic range of wines which have yet to be released to the world! Wines include Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Rose and Pinot Noir. To top it all off, taste a vegan cocktail or two from the special cocktail menu for the evening.
The menu lineup includes:
Cauliflower Wings with buffalo sauce
BBQ Jackfruit Sliders with creamy slaw and onion rings
Korean Fried Tempeh with gochujang sauce, topped with coriander, crispy shallots, peanuts and sesame seeds
Creamy Mushroom Dumplings + smoked garlic aioli
Roasted Ratatouille with Silky Polenta with eggplant, capsicum, brussel sprouts, red onion, garlic, tossed in olive oil and herbs
Gnocchi with creamy mushrooms, thyme, rocket and basil
Teriyaki Tempeh with soba noodles, sesame seeds and bok choy
Thai Inspired Tofu Curry with seasonal veg and coriander served with steamed rice
Banana Blossom Fish and Chips with tartare sauce and salad
