We have chosen to present some of the more characteristic, yet legendary dishes from North India, especially the PANJAB.
Our preparation makes our food beautiful to behold and addictive to the palate.
The recipes we use have come from the kitchen of my mother
PREMJIT KAUR GILL.
She has trained every one of Little India's head chefs in her own kitchen in CHANDIGARH.
