Anzac poppy helps people to reflect and remember

What does Anzac mean to you? We invited people to share their message on a large Anzac poppy in Red Square. This community art piece allowed people to commemorate those who have served and died in wars, conflicts and peace operations. The level of engagement over the two days was incredibly moving, so many stories were shared. We are grateful to the New Zealand Army Defence Soldiers and Cadets for giving their time in helping with this project and to those who participated. The Anzac Poppy now lives at the Tauranga RSA.
