Well-served by public transport, the City Centre is also a breeze to drive into, and there are two sign-posted parking buildings. They’re easy to find, handily located at each end of the CBD – one in Elizabeth Street, and the other on the corner of Spring and Durham Streets.

Better yet - Parking's now Free on the Weekends!  Park for Free in the Spring Street or Durham Street Parking Buildings (open Saturdays) or on the streets Saturdays and Sundays.  Just make sure you check the Pay and Display machines and only park for the maximum period allowed.  Parking Officers will also be checking for current warrants and registrations. 

Downtown Tauranga - we're local and we love it!  With over 300 stores, 69 Restaurants, Bars and Cafes, 200 businesses and the most tempting mix of art, culture and entertainment on offer.  What more could you want?  Come join the locals Downtown Tauranga.
